Soju

Soju (燒酒) is a Korean alcoholic beverage and a type of distilled liquor. There are two main types of soju. Distilled soju, which is made by distilling rice wine produced by fermenting grains with a single still called a sojutgori. And dilution-type soju, which is made by diluting water and other additives to produce a large amount of alcohol, around 95 degrees, using a modern distillation column.
