Additional costs :
1. If you need to make changes to the shipping address, it is free of charge if the package has not been shipped yet. In the event that the order has been shipped from the warehouse, the buyer has to pay the cost for the package to be delivered to the correct address.

2. The package has been returned to the seller due to incorrect delivery address. The buyer is responsible for paying the costs associated with this. Below is the price list:

3. If the buyer cannot sign for the package after the courier has tried to deliver it 3 times and has not notified. This caused the package to be returned to the seller, it is the buyer's responsibility for the cost associated with redelivery of the package:

Please note that if the package is free of shipping charges and is returned to the seller but redelivery is required due to a shipping address error or failed delivery attempts. The buyer must pay the re-delivery charge. In the event that the order has been shipped, but the buyer wishes to cancel the order; A refund will be made to the buyer after deducting the delivery charge.

Processing order
Orders are packed only on normal business days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Spanish national holidays.
Fresh vegetables are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.
