Terms of Service

Fresh Protocol


To ensure peak quality, fresh vegetables are shipped only on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Address Changes


Free of charge if the package hasn't left our facility. After dispatch, any redirection incurs a management fee of €4.99.

Failed Delivery


After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will return to origin. The cost of re-shipping (€4.99) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
