Yuzuya Honten was established in January 1978 in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. They strove to put their whole hearts into producing the genuine and natural flavor from local ingredients. Daidai, Yuzu, Natsumikan and other citrus are grown locally and some of the ingredients come directly from their own farm. All the yuzu citrus in this product are squeezed one by one. Some of the juice is then matured for more than ten months at a constant temperature, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor that will add a special flavor to various dishes.
