Chrysanthemum tea which are popular in East Asia.

To prepare this Chinese herbal tea, chrysanthemum flowers are steeped in hot water (usually 90-95°C, allowing it to cool after boiling) in a teapot, cup or glass. Rock sugar is often added and occasionally goji berries as well. The resulting drink is clear and pale to strong yellow in color with a flowery aroma. In Chinese tradition, when drinking a bowl of chrysanthemum tea, hot water is often added back to the flowers (thus making the tea slightly milder), a process that is often repeated several times.
