Authentically spicy Sichuan cuisine.

Dotted with Sichuan chilies and juicy tomato relish, this sauce makes its rich, fermented soy base hot and succulent, with a sultry bite of umami that's delicious to soak up the creamy, smooth texture of tofu. Seasoned with sugar and sesame oil to really bring out its authentic heat, this sauce is all you need to thicken up your stir-fry and save some time in the kitchen.

Preparation

1. Fry 90 g of minced pork in 1-2 tablespoons of oil until cooked. 2. Add 250g diced tofu with Lee Kum Kee sauce for mapo tofu and stir with the minced pork. 3. Continue to simmer until sauce thickens and serve hot with your choice of garnish.
