Recommended cold (10-15 degrees), room temperature (15-25 degrees), hot (40-50 degrees), very hot especially in winter (50-55 degrees) Made from 100 percent Japanese rice specially polished and fermented at low temperature. This sake does not contain GMOs. It has a rich aroma centered on rice. Excellent with traditional Japanese cuisine such as sashimi and sushi.
