Korean Chapagetti Ramen Noodles with Chajang Sauce | I promise you will want to eat again.

The noodles are nice and thick and the sauce coats them nicely. The sauce is rich; nice black bean flavor. The vegetables are great, especially the pork chunks were nice with a bit of chewy freshness. Chapagetti is Nongshim's brand of jajangmyeon and it's a pretty cool name that is a compound word of jajangmyeon (also known as chajangmyon) and spaghetti. Nonghsim first introduced this product in 1970 and is Korea's leading brand of Jajangmyeon. Chapagetti's (also from Nongshim) Neoguri combo instant ramen became internationally famous as it was featured in the Oscar-winning film Parasite to make Ram-Don (Jjapaguri).

Preparation

1. Boil 550 ml. of water, add the Ramen and the contents of the envelopes and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. 2. You can choose the intensity of the spiciness by seasoning the amount you want from the envelope that contains the Soup.

SEASONING OIL: vegetable oils (rapeseed, olive, corn, PEANUT, SESAME, MUSTARD), onion. FLAKES: vegetable protein (defatted SOY, glucose, WHEAT GLUTEN), cabbage, fried potato, onion, carrot.
