Lee Kuy Moon was born in the city of Gwangju, South Korea. At the age of 22 he came to Barcelona, ​​where he established his residence. His vocation led him to make kimchi for his closest circle, following the method he learned from his grandmother, adapting it to our palates. The acceptance was so positive that it began to be in demand from everyone who tried it. At that moment, Lee knew he had to share his recipe with the world and decided to make kimchi to market.
