Lee Kuy Moon was born in the city of Gwangju, South Korea. At the age of 22 he came to Barcelona, where he established his residence. His vocation led him to make kimchi for his closest circle, following the method he learned from his grandmother, adapting it to our palates. The acceptance was so positive that it began to be in demand from everyone who tried it. At that moment, Lee knew he had to share his recipe with the world and decided to make kimchi to market. Lee Kuy Moon, sees in kimchi a bridge between eastern and western culture, with the clear vocation of benefiting from the properties of this fermentation and at the same time enjoying an exquisite product, made in a traditional way and that helps us to take care of our intestinal health.
