Sempio's fresh udon noodles make food preparation easy and reduce overall cooking time

Fresh udon noodles are kneaded with carefully selected wheat flour and undergo 2 noodle making processes. First, as much water as possible is put into the dough to promote the activation of the gluten in the flour. The gluten tissue is then pressed into the wheat flour. By vertically and diagonally stimulating the gluten tissues by expanding them into a mesh shape. With these two noodle-making processes, the surface of fresh udon noodles is smooth and the noodle has a wonderful texture. Fresh udon noodles are exceptionally versatile and taste great in soups, stir-fries, salads, etc.
