Soba Noodles 800g

Soba is the Japanese word for buckwheat (buckwheat), however it is more commonly used to refer to the thin noodles used in Japanese cuisine made from buckwheat flour. They are served cold with a sauce or broth in which they are dipped, or in hot broth like ramen. On the other hand, it is very common in Japan to refer to thin noodles as soba in contrast to udon which are thick noodles made with wheat flour. It's hard to get a much more traditional noodle than a classic soba (or buckwheat). These soba noodles have been made with a combination of wheat, buckwheat and yam flours, for a balanced flavor that will easily accompany hot and cold noodle dishes. Cool down in the summer by serving cold soba noodles with tsuyu sauce, or warm up in the winter with a tasty hot soba noodle soup.
