Is Samyang's Buldak Kimchi Ramen Spicy? It's definitely not as spicy as the original Spicy Chicken flavor, but there's still some heat to it. It's spicy enough to make your lips sting slightly for a few minutes, but nothing more. Is Samyang kimchi ramen vegan or vegetarian? Yes, both vegan and vegetarian! The closest meat ingredients are artificial chicken flavor and powdered artificial chicken flavor. Please note, however, that this product was made in a facility that also processes crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, and shellfish. Is Samyang Kimchi Ramen Halal Certified? Yes, the kimchi version is Halal certified! Halal certification requires that products be produced in accordance with halal lifestyle ingredient and preparation standards.

Preparation

1. Boil 600 ml of water. 2. Add the noodles and kimchi flakes to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Remove the water, leaving 5 tablespoons of water (less than the usual 8 tablespoons). 4. Add the hot sauce and sauté for an additional 30 seconds. 5. Stir well and serve. In a few minutes, you'll have a quick and easy meal! NOTE: be careful when draining the water as you may lose some kimchi flakes.
