Product Details:

Sweet potato noodles, also known as sweet potato vermicelli, are a classic ingredient in Chinese and Korean cuisine.
This version of Haidilao comes in a wet noodle format, allowing for faster preparation compared to traditional dry noodles.

After cooking, they offer a soft, elastic and translucent texture, ideal for absorbing the flavor of the broth and sauces.
They are especially popular in hot pot, spicy soups, stews, and stir-fries.

Ingredients

Sweet potato starch, water, salt, seasonings.

USE

Place your favorite seasonings in a bowl (for spicy dishes, we recommend Haidilao Clear Oil Hot Pot Base; for milder dishes, we recommend Haidilao Tomato Hot Pot Base and Haidilao Mushroom Hot Pot Base). Add the rice noodles to the bowl. Pour in 500 ml of boiling water (over 80 degrees Celsius) and let them soak for 5 minutes. Ready to eat!

Cooking the noodles:

Boil 800 ml of water in a pot.

Add your favorite ingredients and seasonings to the pot (recommended: Haidilao hot pot sauce, tofu rolls, etc.). Cook for 2 minutes and they're ready to eat!

Hotpot cooking:

Put the noodles in the pot and cook for 2 minutes. Ready to eat!
