Our Yunling Sunrise dates come from the northwest Chinese plateau, at an altitude of over 1,200 m. There, the dry climate and intense sunshine provide the best conditions for their natural cultivation.

Each date is hand-picked and has a thin skin, thick flesh, and a naturally sweet flavor. Perfect for infusions, soups, desserts, or as a healthy snack.

We work directly with local farmers and select only 15% of the best harvest. This allows us to offer dates that are tastier, safer, and richer in nutrients than conventional dates on the market.

Suggested recipes / How to consume red dates

1. Date infusion

Place 3-5 dates in a cup of hot water. Let them steep for 10 minutes and enjoy a naturally sweet and comforting drink. You can add sliced ginger or a tea bag for extra flavor.
