1180g of Shoyu ramen soup concentrate. It makes about 10 liters of authentic ramen soup easily.

Mix 1 part soup base with about 6-10 parts hot water. This is just a guide, however you can experiment to make the soup stronger or milder to your liking. This product should make about 10-20 servings of ramen soup. You can freeze this product and thaw just the right amount each time to make it last longer.
