* Cake filling: Lean meat, shrimp, red onion, minced or ground garlic, add monosodium glutamate, salt and sugar, mix well. * Cake batter: Mix 1 400g packet of flour with 500ml of nuosc and stir well (leave 3 tablespoons of dry powder to make the layer), keep stirring over low heat until thick, then turn back down. (Stir until partially cooked.) - Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, roll and knead until the dough is smooth, break each ball onto the tray (remember to sprinkle the dry powder on the tray first), cover with a damp cloth to prevent the dough from drying out. - Spread dry flour on a cutting board, scoop out each ball of dough, roll it out, add filling, fold pie in half, roll pie edge up. Coat the pan with oil and then allow the cake to steam in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes, when the cakes are cooked.
